Corn Free / Soy Free Pasture Raised Whole Chicken.
For those interested in a Corn Free and Soy Free option. Use this Whole Chicken for multiple meals: primary, leftovers, and broth for soup.
These are Cornish Cross Chickens and will have bigger breasts. However, because they do NOT receive Soy, which is high in protein, they will be smaller than our Standard Chickens. In addition, they require an extra 2 - 3 weeks of growing time. Hopefully, this helps you understand why the cost is higher.
