Add more value and convenience to your meal preparation. This product is for those who are those interested in adding a tasty treat to your meal. Be advised: Convenience comes with extra cost.
Eating Poultry Organs is a great way to obtain the micronutrients, vitamins, and minerals that your own organs use and benefit from. Organs are more nutrient-dense than muscle meat. One significant example is Choline. Choline is an essential nutrient for the brain that many people don't get enough of.
Rather than having us go into detail about the other nutrients found in organs, we suggest doing your own research, there is plenty of information via the web.
We use both Cornish Cross and Freedom Rangers for packages of Gizzards.
As you can imagine, beyond the basic Chicken processing, it requires more time for us to cut up and package individual pieces and parts. The extra cost is simply to cover the extra time required for us to do this value-added convenience for you. In general, we have very little time for this value-added option and produce a limited supply.
